Planning Director- London

Do you want to work in a Planning team for a multidisciplinary consulting group with over 25 years of history?

Do you want to lead and set policies and drive the business forward?

A key part of this role as Planning Director, it is expected that you'll provide support to other members of the senior management team, while assuming overall leadership of the London Office with the expectation that you can utilize and leverage your extensive network of Local contacts to further develop the office's profile and build upon its already well established project portfolio.

The London office is uniquely placed to be able to provide scope for a multidisciplinary approach to projects it undertakes. As Planning director, it is expected that you will nurture this aspect of the business as well as working closely with other offices in the business, mutually benefitting clients and sharing staff resources and expertise. You will also be responsible for the financial and performance planning of the Office and will be expected to participate and contribute to company management through the relevant Directors' Group and on the main company Board.

With at least 10+ years planning experience across the public and private sectors, and with membership of the RTPI or RICS you will draw on you strong record in business development and experience of managing professional teams to provide leadership and vision while broadening and strengthening the reputation of the business across London delivering further high profile projects.

Your appetite to progress and succeed will be a major driving force in your hunger for career progression as it is expected that the post holder would move to equity status after a qualifying period.
