Salary - £30-50,000 per annum
Our client are a leading independent water management consultancy operating out of three offices in the UK with plans for growth.
Our client develop solutions and provide development advice covering flood risk, drainage solutions and all utilities for residential, retail, industrial and commercial developments. Their range of services includes flood risk assessments, surface water and foul water drainage design, Environmental Impact Assessments, utility assessments, due diligence advice, expert witness work and planning appeal inquiries. They have a diverse client base of house-builders, property developers and investors, banks, law firms, architects, planning and property consultants.
Their drainage workload has grown fast as they extend their service into detailed design for discharging conditions, approval and adoption, and construction.
- You will require a minimum of three years experience working within an engineering consultancy
- You will be experienced in developing surface and foul water drainage strategies using MicroDrainage to accompany planning applications or to discharge planning conditions
- Experience of developing drainage designs for approval and adoption through Section 38/104/106 Agreements is highly desirable
