I am currently working with a growing organisation who are seeking to appoint a stand alone EHS manager to work from their site in Dorset. Reporting into the Operations Director you will have complete autonomy over how Health & Safety is delivered in this busy environment. 

This organisation is currently in the process of implementing a new management system which will be part of the new managers duty.
Your Role 
  • Stand alone Health, Safety and Environment specialist
  • Promote and encourage a safe working culture
  • Complete implementation of new management systems
  • Develop strategy for delivery of procedures
  • Risk assessments and audits of facilities
  • Identify new training requirements
  • Accident reporting under RIDDOR
  • Manage and implement ideas to  improve energy efficient, waste and recycling
  • Liaise with senior management to develop new ways of working
  • Engaging with employees to ensure a safe working environment
Your Skills
  • Proven track record of Health and Safety Management
  • Implementation or maintenance of management systems
  • Team player and good communicator
  • Microsoft office
Your Qualifications
  • Attained or currently studying for NEBOSH diploma
  • NEBOSH general certificate
  • 18001 auditor
  • Ongoing evidence of CPD
