We have an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified Estates Manager with considerable experience of premises management to work at a Prestigious School in the Hertfordshire area.
You will lead and develop the department and premises and manage any external contractors in order to ensure that the School buildings and grounds are maintained and presented to the highest standards and to also assure Health and Safety on the School site.
You will be managing a maintenance team and external contractors, so you will need to be able to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent organisational skills, time management, and at least one qualification in facilities management or equivalent experience are essential. Project management experience is desirable.
