We are currently looking to recruit an Export Customer Services Coordinator who will work closely with the Export Account Manager providing administrative support for all export sales within the business.
The ideal candidate for the role will have experience and knowledge of shipping documentation and freight forwarding. The role will cover all aspects of customer service and support along with creation of freight forwarding/shipping documentation including letters of credit, packing lists, bills of laden etc. Furthermore, the role will entail maintaining and building rapport with current and prospective customers who are NON UK based, liaising with distributors and all other external/internal correspondence.
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Holiday: 25 Days + bank holidays
