A new role has been created by our client who is a property consultancy company to appoint an experienced facilities manager to work within their property management department based in Birmingham. The role will be their first appointment in such a capacity and will suit an individual who can help build the company's platform and processes. As well as working with a range of property management, accounts and building surveying colleagues the successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and driven to deliver excellent client service.
Commercial property experience is essential together with a relevant qualification within the facilities management and health and safety field.
This is a multisite role and the portfolio ranges from city centre office buildings to multi-let industrial estates predominately within the midlands albeit some further travel may be needed.
Formal H&S qualification either IOSH or NEBOSH
