Our client is an innovative waste and specialist services company based in Romsey, Hampshire. They are recognised as one of the market leaders for tankering services, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management as well as industrial services and dry waste.

Due to business success, they are looking to expand the sales team by recruiting an experienced, talented, results driven field sales executive to promote the full portfolio of services to all market sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To support the current sales strategy by building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients and to gain opportunities to secure works for our industrial cleaning division, hazardous waste division and our liquid treatment plant based in Romsey
  • To document all communications using the company’s CRM system
  • The successful candidate will be expected to achieve and exceed their individual sales target as well as assist with the sales team overall targets.
  • To conduct duties such as quote generation and follow ups , monthly sales reports, pipeline reports, conversion ratio reports, etc and to have a general input in sales focus and marketing support.

The ideal candidate will be a well presented, computer literate individual with at least five years field sales experience within the waste industry.  They must be a team player with the passion and drive to achieve and exceed company sales targets but also have the ability to work on their own initiative when required.
