Do you have experience of first line support including Active Directory/Group Policies, anti-virus products and PC Hardware (including Microsoft Server Operating systems), coupled with experience in a customer service and customer facing role?
As the first person they will speak to when things go wrong, your reassuring and calm telephone manner will reassure them, and your technical expertise will advise them. Managing a busy desk is important and prioritising client's needs when the phone lines are hot is vital!
Other IT knowledge that you may have will include Microsoft RDS, SQL, Veeam as well as Citrix and Powershell.
