Graduate Finance Assistant.
We are seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team of three who manage all aspects of finance and accounts for ALLEN & YORK. This includes payroll, invoicing: collections and payments, accounts and management stats.
Due to an internal promotion we are now seeking someone to assist with a number of tasks at a finance assistant level. You may have recently graduated in a finance related subject and be looking for your first full time position, some previous experience is beneficial but not essential. You will be numerate, have good attention to detail, basic excel skills and be comfortable dealing with people as the role is a first point for invoice collections entailing daily interaction with customers finance departments.
ALLEN & YORK are an established independent business headquartered in the Bournemouth area. We have fabulous offices in Wimborne, parking on site and just a few miles from Bournemouth town centre, an additional office in Dubai for whom this role will also cover financial affairs. The role offers an excellent start in finance with a chance to get involved in many aspects of the function and work with two qualified accountants.
