We seek graduates with good degrees in a relevant subject who wish to work in any of the following areas: * Planning, Urban Design and Landscape * Transport Planning * Environment Impact Assessment, including Ecology and Sustainability * Environmental specialisms - Air, Noise, Water * Ground Engineering, Contaminated Land and Pollution
The Graduate Training Programme will provide you with a mentor for the duration of the programme (normally two years) and structured training in the following key areas:
People - staff are vital to success and it is important to promote a thriving and motivated working environment. The training will arm you with a variety of skills to encourage openness, collaboration and a positive approach.
Skills Training to help develop your technical skills and depending upon your background, this could include training in specialist technical software, field skills and technical report writing.
Clients Having a broad and diverse client base is the key to the client's success and you will be helped to engage with clients to understand their needs and how you can deliver first-class commercial and technical solutions.
