Our client is an award-winning start-up who are pioneers in mobile health technology, providing corporations a valuable look at the well-being of their workforces through data and devices. A tight-knit, international family who are passionate about building great products.
They are looking to appoint a new Head of Sales who will take ownership for selling existing and new products. You will be responsible for taking the products to new (international) markets, managing the sale cycle, leading and growing the sales team in the UK. You will work closely with key stakeholders and the product development team, relaying market insights.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years experience carrying sales and business development expertise in a software/technology industry, where the HR department is a main customer. A strong network in the HR / wellbeing space is highly desirable. Furthermore, you will have experience in a fast growing start-up environment, with exceptional communications skills and excellent analytical capabilities.
