In-house Sustainability Engineer
I'm currently head hunting for an interesting role in Oxfordshire area for a very good company, offering autonomous work, great work-life balance and money to spend on projects for the right Sustainability Engineer who would like to manage his own projects within the given budget.
You will not only have freedom and ability to implement your own way of work and communicate with important stakeholders with the budged ready for you, but this will also be a local opportunity, where you won't have to travel far from location to location, providing you with a sustainable lifestyle as well.
To communicate with the stakeholders, you will have the politeness and openness to recognising and addressing issues important for them when creating and implementing your solutions.
Your job will be to review and analyse the efficiency of current mechanical services and building management systems (TREND) before identifying and implementing improvements. Low Carbon Technologies and systems will work with include CHP, GSHE, Solar and HVAC.
This will also put you in the position to manage the contractors and hold responsibility for compliance with CDM and Health and Safety of the projects.
As a background, you will have experience in the field of mechanical building services and Building Management Systems, and hold a relevant degree, or equivalent extensive experience of technical systems.
