On behalf of our client we are looking to recruit 3 Invoicing Administrators on a fixed term basis for 6 month. There is a possibility that some of these roles will convert to a permanent position after the 6 month duration. 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
 To provide effective and efficient support and administrative account functions for our customers
 To take responsibility of business set-up through the billing process
 Execute standard reporting from the transactional business system(s)
 Identify the requirement for the production of invoices in accordance with current practices.
 Preparing and raising accurate Sales Invoices as required by the business.
 Resolving any invoicing queries from the business.
 Production and posting of pre-authorised credits and re-invoice wherever required.
 Ability to report on and check own work
 To manage your work load in a time-effective manner


The successful candidate will have:
 Brilliant attention to detail
 Strong communication skills
 Good numeracy and literacy skills
 Accuracy and acute attention to detail
 Proven track record of invoice/credit production in a similar capacity/industry


Level of Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
 Good numeracy and literacy skills
 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths & English


Hours of work are 9:00am to 17:00pm Mon to Fri, Free parking available.
