This is a highly enticing opportunity for a Land Manger to join a prestigious and Specialist firm in major earthworks, soft landscaping and land development at their office based in Buckinghamshire.

With over 25 years in Waste Land Regeneration, Landscape Design and Management, this company offers a diverse and interesting project base as the market leaders in both the construction & leisure industries throughout Europe.

The Role

An experienced Land Manager is invited to join this company in finding sites for a range of projects, including golf course landscaping, parkland remodelling, quarry restorations, reservoirs, and other landform remodelling schemes. The company is also diversifying its project base and requires assistance in finding and negotiating sites for other developments such as small scale housing schemes, holiday lets, allotments, cemeteries, and major leisure cycle facilities.

As a Land Manager with this reputable firm based in the South East of England, you would be responsible for acquiring land opportunities within a specified geographical area, undertaking land appraisals while maintaining a high profile with external property contacts.

Alongside this you would be comfortable entering negotiations and formulating offers to pursue land opportunities in order to meet the Company's land requirements, be competent at preparing full development appraisals and cash flows, and flexible to changing and refining them as development proposals are enhanced and improved.

About You

The right fit for this role would be an MRICS Land Manager with 5 years PQE. Having strong knowledge and understanding of property development and possess a proven track record at generating new leads for development both on and off market is crucial, and having the ability to appraise the suitability of sites for development, and structuring property deals would be a bonus.

An outstanding ability to work using his or her own initiative is essential, as is an acute degree of commercial awareness and a sound knowledge of all technical aspects covering the acquisition and development of land and associated legal agreement.
