Our client is an award winning Fintech Company, they are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to help support growth targets and build on company brand, based in central London.
The role
The Marketing Executive will be required to support the UK marketing strategy and ensure that lessons learnt are applied across international teams.
Initially, you will be mostly responsible for managing really important Direct Mail and Email channels, with a multi-million pound annual budget.
You will be:
Planning and running frequent mail and email campaigns that will be sent to millions of small businesses across the UK.
A/B testing to find the best messaging, formats and target leads so that our communications become increasingly effective over time.
Developing new campaign ideas - take charge of producing a design and organising its implementation.
Over time the right candidate will be taking on increased responsibility and be given ownership of much of the UK marketing operations.
That would mean:
Working closely with specialists on channels such as PPC to ensure their work is aligned with the broader UK marketing strategy.
Getting to understand the UK customers better than anyone else in the team in order to run pitch-perfect campaigns.
Closely monitoring the budget, efficiency and other KPIs to ensure monthly targets are hit, make constant progress and achieve long-term objectives.
Helping to build company name into a household brand that is known, liked and trusted by SMEs across the country.
Candidate Requirements:
You will need:
2 - 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup where you have been both hands-on and strategic (2+ years preferred).
An analytical mindset. You should be comfortable working in finance, managing large budgets and letting KPIs drive your decisions.
Basic design skills including familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and a eye for detail. More advanced skills are an asset.
