We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and well organised Marketing Manager to work within a high end boutique consultancy firm.
The successful candidate will play a key role in our business expansion, and will be part of an energetic and creative team working to further our success. You must be a self-motivated, confident and a highly organised individual, and able to take control of all company Marketing.
It is necessary for the successful candidate to have worked in a creative industry previously.
The candidate will report directly to the Managing Director, and will be responsible for confidential matters and therefore must be of an extremely trust worthy nature.
Particular job requirements:
To work along side the management team to increase the brand awareness of the company, in the broadest sense.
To take ownership for developing and execution of the company's marketing plan.
To drive traffic to the various online company platforms through selected marketing, SEO, PR, Press, social media, and content marketing.
Marketing, PR and brand awareness
Create, maintain and update the annual marketing plan.
Provide ideas and in put on new areas of marketing, collaborations, promotions, awards etc.
Provide ideas on how to increase awareness of the company brand through marketing and PR campaigns.
Use Google Analytics and other measurement tools to report on all activity related to the site.
Liaise with press on all areas.
Pursue press opportunities, including repeat and new business.
Pursue areas of advertising through media channels.
Assist with organising in-house photoshoots for publications, and company websites.
Community Management & Social Media
Maintain and update all social media channels.
Maintain and update press and news sections of company websites.
Provide ideas on how to maximise advertising opportunities on relevant websites, social media platforms and print publications.
Monitor and manage ad words & remarketing campaigns.
Manage online company newsletters.
Prepare company brochures and marketing material for print.
Sales Collateral, Events Marketing & Lead Generation
Work directly with the Managing Director to maximise sales opportunities.
Assist the Managing Director with fee proposals.
General responsibilities include
Produce inventive marketing plans.
Responsible for organising all internal and external marketing and promotional events, and design shows, which may include international travel fromtime-to-time.
Promote two company brands effectively whilst adhering to brandguidelines.
Proactively source data and potential researchareas.
Write copy for online and offline channels, including email, PR, socialmedia, company brochures, and any external facing marketing.
Create and maintain relationships with external partners, media agencies, and bloggers.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Ensure tracking of all marketing activity iseffective.
Providing reports on efficiency of campaigns and recommend improvements.
Monitor marketing budgets, set by the Managing Director.
Good understanding of SEO and experience with SEO tools for auditing, rankings, research.
Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
Solid skills in content writing for online and social, with an eye for stand-out content.
Highly proficient in social media tools.
Ambitious and willing to push the boundaries of digital communication.
Ability to prioritise and organise a varied and fullworkload.
Ability to present data clearly.
Knowledge of popular graphics applications is desirable.
Friendly, positive, confident and motivated, and enjoys working within a fast pace environment with multi-faceted creative team.
Communicative, personable and eloquent, with an excellent grasp of the English language, fluent both written and spoken.
Salary will reflect the candidate's experience.
This is a full time position within the company, with a full time employment contract. Office hours are 9:30-6pm Monday -Friday.
