Maternity Cover - Finance Manager
Allen & York are currently working of a Wood Recycling company in Derbyshire. Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to cover their current managers Maternity Cover. Looking to move very fast with this to move forward with a Hand-Over.
Good opportunity with options for future permanent position. 6 months to Full Term dependent on how well the right individual does.
This is a Maternity Cover role to cover the Finance Manager working for a friendly and rapidly expanding company in Derbyshire. This multi million pound business is expected to grow by 75% this year alone.
The successful candidate will be joining a small team and will be reporting to the Finance Director.
The Finance Manager will take care of all the day to day accounting duties including:
- Credit Control (this is a large part of the role)
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Invoice Entry
- Cash Book
- Bank Reconciliation
- General administration duties
- Fixed Assets
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- AAT Qualified/Part qualified in ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience
- Experience using Sage 50
- Confident using Excel e.g. Formulas, pivot tables, reports etc.
- Sage Payroll
