We are pleased to be working with one of the UKs leading specialist property consultancies as they grow the Minerals and Waste offering in Yorkshire
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic person to complement a busy specialist department dealing with all aspects of property relating to the mineral extraction and waste management sectors.
The successful applicant will be expected to work as part of a team to deliver a first class service to private and corporate clients.
Our work involves the provision of advice relating to valuation, estates management, development and the negotiation of legal agreements on a wide range of mineral and waste management property.
As Minerals Surveyor, you would undertake the following:
- Preparation and assembly of valuation reports
- Undertaking research and compiling relevant data and reports
- Negotiation of legal agreements for the development of mineral and waste management properties
- Management of mineral and waste sites
- Pitches and presentations to clients and professionals
To be considered for the role of Minerals Surveyor, you would be expected to have the following attributes:
- RICS accredited degree
- Member of the RICS
- Excellent communicator
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Strong negotiator
