Our client is the leading distributor of catering disposables, food packaging and hygiene products in the UK. They are seeking to appoint a National Account Executive to join the business. This will support the Senior National Account Manager, overseeing a large national multi-site account. This role will ideally progress into a National Account Manager role within 2 years.

The overall summary of this role is as follows:

  • Manage a defined portfolio of key customer client groups with the wider account
  • Identify opportunities within the defined portfolio and wider account, to achieve planned growth
  • Manage category and product switches
  • Project manage special events and new client roll-outs
  • Understand the needs of the customer and build relationships with key stakeholders Industry and product knowledge

The ideal candidate:

  • IT literate
  • Industry knowledge and contacts in the food, food service and catering sector would be helpful
  • Full UK driving license

This is a target based position, where you will be working to objectives set by the Senior National Account Manager. You will be responsible for maximising sales and growth opportunities, product and category reviews, project managing special events and supporting relationships with key customers.

As this is a National role, you will be required to travel across the UK as and when needed for client visits. Homebased.

Salary: Upto £30,000pa + bonus. DOE. + Fantastic company benefits.
