I am working with a Major Civil's Construction company who are seeking an experienced Planning & Performance Manager to be based in London within their Water Sector.
The position would be on DSNL. Within the contract our client look after the delivery element on Main Laying, Service Connections, Waste Water and Customer Led Project Works.
These are all customer generated works, and therefore the positive customer experience with regards to delivery is essential for the works that we delivery.
The Planning and Performance role that they have is a key role with regards to ensuring that customers are kept informed and water connections are delivered.
The key aspects of the role would be to manage and lead a team of 6, ensuring that the customers have been updated within our SLA's, that the WIP is managed for optimum outcome and our SLA on lead in times are met, ensuring that all works planned are in accordance and with agreement from our third parties such as councils, water supplier and the customer, to ensure we have positive feedback from the alliance partner.
It would be preferable for the individual to have experience with SAP, EEC, CRM systems knowledge, however that needs to be balanced with knowledge of managing customers, and being able to positively managing negative feedback.
The performance reports that would be required as part of their role, will be to show the WIP and the status of, compliance to contract set KPI's and an overview of performance including resources and forecasts.
The individual needs to have a positive attitude, with a can do approach and can demonstrate in previous roles how they have managed a team to ensure positive working, and meeting the clients and the customer's needs.
