You would be working as an Architect (RIBA) for a fantastic and innovative multi-disciplinary building consultancy based in Cambridge, providing expert construction and property consultancy across all sectors and developing valuable long term relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for you as an architect to join a supportive practice which adds value at every stage of the development process.
You would be instrumental in working a full range of architectural services, from feasibility studies and concept design through to production drawings and contract administration. As an architect within this company, your projects would include new build, refurbishment and conversions, and involve a wide range of building types, including housing developments and conservation work as well as commercial and industrial projects.
Being an architect for this motivated company, you would also be able to work on inter-disciplinary projects such as estate regeneration, education and health care schemes in and around the Cambridge area.
In order to accept this excellent opportunity, you should;
- Be an RIBA Part 3 qualified architect with experience of contract administration & running residential and housing projects in the UK
- Have experience in architectural design, building regulations, site analysis and working drawings.
- Be experienced with CAD, preferably CAD drafting, graphics & 3D visualisations
- Have knowledge of the Code for Sustainable Homes assessments, feasibility studies, housing quality indicators.
