A district concil are seeking a Project management surveyor.
The role will include;
- Project management: The management of construction projects and programmes of work (including small capital projects and repairs and renewals as appropriate to qualifications), on behalf of internal or external clients to deliver the Council's strategic and service objectives and provide a professional service on time and on budget.
- Contract Administration: Act where required as the Contract Administrator for JCT based contracts and CDMD for smaller projects and prepare designs and specifications for small work projects.
- Building Surveying Services: To provide general technical support and advice to the Council in the capacity of a Building Surveyor.
- General Facilities Management (FM) Support: Manage a range of reactive maintenance related activities across the Councils property portfolio and other land as appropriate, working on behalf of end Services to ensure buildings are safe and fit for purpose and deliver value for money for Services.
