Our client, a global, award winning sustainability reporting software company, currently has a great opportunity for a German speaking Project Manager to join their team.
In this role you will successfully deliver software implementation projects by effective scoping, planning, internal and external communications, resource management, proactive risk management, budget management, and evaluation.
Key Tasks and Deliverables
Create and deliver project work plans and revise regularly to meet changing needs and requirements
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) to ensure an effective project delivery to the customer's satisfaction and within scope
Identify resources and assign responsibilities, reflecting these clearly in the project plans in a reportable form to facilitate capacity planning
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored and communicated
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s). Negotiate and manage resource effectively, particularly where there are conflicting deadlines
Analyse, manage and escalate any risks before and during the project so that they can be effectively managed or mitigated
Understand basic revenue models and Profit/Loss
Submit project status reports to stakeholders (internal and external); review actions and progress these with resources regularly.
You will ideally have at least 2 years' experience of delivering multiple concurrent projects, on time and budget, preferably in a B2B environment
A proven track record of achieving deadlines, and managing all aspects of a project from definition to delivery.
Ideally you will be qualified and effective in the use of Prince 2 or equivalent methodology.
Fluent in German.
