Our client a global consumer Goods Multinational is seeking Regulatory Affairs Manager for the MAGHREB region. Based out of the Egypt office and reporting into the Head of Regulatory for the region, your role will be to deliver clear, timely, constructive regulatory advice and intelligence in the registration of new products and post-licensing activities in the Maghreb countries on local regulatory requirements. You will plan, implement and lead regulatory activities in support of new product submissions and approvals, maintenance of marketed product licences and life cycle management initiatives including the submission of variations and renewals and responses to agency questions as required. You will Review and approve product-related packaging and other materials, as required and in accordance with company metrics/agency deadlines, you will liaise with internal stakeholder's to ensure regulatory compliance and develop and maintain personal contacts with key individuals within agencies and line management team, to ensure a clear understanding of agency requirements.
As the ideal candidate you must have at least 3-4 years regulatory affairs experience coming from a Pharmaceutical multinational organisation. You must have experience in registration and maintenance of OTC/Pharmaceutical products. You will currently be in a regulatory affairs senior specialist/advisor role or mid management position and hold a pharmaceutical degree or qualification - this is a must. You must be fluent in French, Arabic, English both reading, writing and spoken. Experience covering regulatory in the MAGHREB region is essential for this role and too Pharmacovigilance Experience is a must.
