- Acquisition of new clients and developing the existing client portfolio (Distributors, EPC's and installers)
- Positioning of the company as leading brand in the region in close collaboration with Marketing team
- increase of sales performance in the region and sales performance of region clients outside Europe
- Key Account Management of selected Clients
- Development and implementation of a Marketing concept and strategy for the region (implementation supported by Marketing department)
- Recent and relevant sales experience in PV industry in the assigned region
- Demonstrable success with strong existing Client portfolio
- Degree in business , MBA preferred
- willing and able to be based in Munich office with frequent business travel within the region
- German and English, Dutch language skills of advantage
