We are seeking to appoint a Senior Analyst into a key role within an exciting organisation. You will be working within a team who collectively are responsible for implementation and delivery of software projects.

As Senior Analyst you will contribute to the successful implementation of software solutions for small and large companies in compliance with best practices and processes. Working closely with other analysts, project managers, IT specialists, product managers and developers, as well as customer project teams to provide the best solution, within scope and budget, for the client.

The role is responsible for the appropriate setup, configuration, customization, testing, delivery, documentation and support of the solution, either directly or through delegation to other analysts or partners. He or she leads and/or participates in design sessions and workshops, in all relevant project meetings and in any knowledge transfer meeting with various other project stakeholders, internal and external.

The Senior Analyst mentors one or several Junior Analysts and Analysts.

The Senior Analyst is also involved in services sales for the production of feasibility assessments and estimates to meet client requirements.

Duties to include:-

Participate in technical and functional requirement gathering meetings and calls
Participate in workshops and project meetings
Analyze technical and functional feasibility, and propose solutions to meet customer requirements
Setup, configure and test software solutions for customers
Deliver quality work on time and within budget
Qualify and track issues, deliver fixes to customer
Assist partners and expert customers in their implementation efforts
Create and maintain documentation
Participate in estimation of effort for new projects or changes
Develop, maintain and optimize the interactions between all the project actors
Share best practices with customers and partners, ensuring an optimal use of the software
Lead design and functional reviews
Manage customer expectations throughout the project cycle
Identify and share best practices of configuration
Proactively manage their own workload across multiple projects, led by different Project Managers
Back-up the Project Manager on client calls and some activities (action items, issues logs, etc.)
Provide functional and Technical expertise during the entire project life-cycle
Identify and mitigate risks on project delivery (costs, delays, etc.)
Lead key project activities such as Discovery Sessions, Workshops, UAT, etc.
Supervise other Analysts
Delegate efficiently and track delegated deliverables
Train clients (EMEA/FR)
Train partners and internal team
Contribute to process improvements and best practices
Escalate issues properly
Able to perform migrations
Report on progress and provide relevant information during project reviews
Review and provide guidance on quality and design from other team members

Education and Experience
4-year degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
5-year or Master's Degree in Science is an asset to fast-track career path
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C, C++, VB, .NET and other web technologies
Good knowledge of database design concepts
