A full time Senior Administrator is required for a newly created position within ALLEN & YORK.
We are based in a beautiful location in first class offices in Farrs House, Wimborne and offer a professional yet personal and pleasant working environment.
This new role will supervise one other in a small team of two and hold responsibility for a number of key tasks undertaken by the administrative function of our busy and growing technical recruitment business. This is a valuable role providing critical support to the business, it has many interactions with colleagues and customers alike and is often first point of contact.
Duties combine full administrative support and reception duties; such as Terms of Business preparation, CV formatting, handling incoming traffic through our website, incoming enquiries, advertising and more. The role will have responsibility for managing the daily workload, prioritisation and allocation to team members as well as reporting on key metrics to the Research & Business Support Manager.
The ideal candidate will have had some previous administrative experience in a busy office environment and be able to demonstrate an appreciation of the role. You will be a good communicator, have time management and prioritisation skills, work well with others and be comfortable delegating. It would suit someone who enjoys a well structured day, can operate semi-autonomously and is seeking a new position in a supportive environment.
In addition to salary we offer a benefits package to include bonus, perkbox, pension & free parking on site. The office is closed between Christmas and New Year with additional holidays granted to cover the period.
