The Company
Our client is an innovative multi-disciplinary practice combining Architects, Town Planners and Urban Designers who pride themselves on being creative, sustainable, and client focused and have recently been awarded the Investors in People Gold accreditation. They are leading on the development of some nationally significant projects, including an entirely new settlement in the South of the UK. Due to the number of new promotions and schemes, they are currently looking to expand quite significantly to support their current work load. You will also have the opportunity to manage and mentor junior members of the team.

This is also a very client facing role; you will develop and maintain important client relationships. You will provide advice on the strategy and progress of projects, as well as complete representations on behalf of clients to emerging Development Plan Documents, taking into account specific client requirements. You will also hold regular meetings with clients to advise them on potential success of a development opportunity and the progress of a current project. Where necessary you will administer all aspects of the enforcement process for your clients.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to project manage all stages of the planning process; from the initial research, assessing and evaluating policy, preparing initial feasibility studies, preparing the application submission, pre-application meetings,
