We are now looking for an ambitious individual to join our team in our stunning Head Quarters near Bournemouth.

Working within “Rail & Transportation” you might handle assignments related to a wide range of subject matter on some of the largest infrastructure projects in the UK today.
You will be actively involved in candidate acquisition, management and headhunting. Developing and honing your skills and knowledge of the sector to ultimately manage your own clients and campaigns.
You will also be responsible for sourcing new clients and building influential relationships with companies who will come to rely on your professionalism and dedication. There is further scope to take on a leadership position and ultimately manage a sub-division within a specific sector of the Rail and Transportation group.
Key Experience Attributes Required:
- Previous recruitment experience ideally in a technical market.
- Be ambitious, energetic and enthusiastic to learn.
- Have great relationship building skills and confidence to speak to people at all levels.
- Be persuasive and willing to lead discussions.
- Have the entrepreneurial drive and passion to succeed.
- A strong academic record, with a degree qualification.
