We are seeking to appoint a Technical Administrator to provide maternity cover.
Duties will include;
Liaise with sales managers, designers, CAD technicians.
Register new enquiries on CRM system
Access utility company map systems and produce drawings to create a project pack.
Progress, monitor and take accountability for the successful journey of projects from acceptance by clients to granting of design approval.
Manage, maintain and take accountability for the suite of project design folders ensuring ready and efficient access, accuracy of information and general tidiness.
Generation of regular reports.
There will be an element of manual handling.
You will be able to work as part of a team, sharing information, knowledge with other members.
Provide periodic general clerical support for other parts of the business as needs arise.
Ensure quality standards and the highest levels of customer service are maintained in all activities performed.
Carry out other duties which are considered appropriate to the post as may be reasonably requested.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
5 GCSE's at Grade C or above or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Numerate and accurate when working with figures.
Ability to understand maps and drawings
Good IT literacy with ability to use commercial and in-house packages.
Ability to work on own and as part of a team, demonstrating drive and initiative.
Ability to make decisions and to prioritise within remit of post.
Demonstrate flexibility with willingness to adapt to new tasks and duties.
