Town Planner Berkshire
£25-30K per annum DOE
You would be working for one of the UKs leading environmental planning and development consultancies, who have a successful track-record in delivering a wide variety of work for a prestigious client base, including a number of on-going major projects.
The Role of Town Planner
Our client is looking to appoint a Planner to further strengthen the existing planning team in their Berkshire office.
The work you would be involved in is focused on Central and Southern England but often extends to other areas. You would be acting for a number of commercial and private clients as well as advising Local Planning Authorities.
Day to day you would be assisting senior members of staff in instructing clients, and preparing planning applications for a diverse range of projects in multiple sectors. As you progress your career in this organisation, you will gain more experience in many other aspects of the business.
This position is an exciting opportunity to work as part of one of the most successful planning teams in the country, and be involved in all aspects of planning consultancy.
To be considered for the role of Town Planner
We are looking for Planners with 1-3 years' experience, gained either through local authority or consultancy work. Prior to this you would have successfully completed a related undergraduate, and ideally post graduate degree, and are on the pathway to full Chartership to the Royal Town Planning Institute.
