Modeller / Environmental Modeller

Responsible for developing and running models to analyse data, assess project impacts and support planning and decision-making across environmental and infrastructure projects.

Typical salary: £35,000 – £50,000 | 0–3 years’ experience

Senior Modeller

Leads complex modelling projects, validates data outputs and provides technical expertise to support project delivery and strategic planning decisions.

Typical salary: £50,000 – £65,000 | 4–7 years’ experience

Principal Modeller

Oversees modelling methodologies and technical delivery across major projects, ensuring accuracy, quality and alignment with client and regulatory requirements.

Typical salary: £65,000 – £85,000 | 7–12 years’ experience

Head of Modelling / Technical Director

Provides strategic leadership across modelling teams and frameworks, shaping technical direction and supporting business growth across complex environmental and infrastructure projects.

Typical salary: £85,000 – £120,000+ | 12+ years’ experience
