Leads technical delivery across offshore wind projects, supporting design optimisation, stakeholder coordination and project execution through development and construction phases.

Typical salary: £60,000 – £80,000 | 4–7 years’ experience

Lead Offshore Wind Engineer

Oversees engineering workstreams across major offshore wind projects, ensuring technical quality, compliance and successful delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

Typical salary: £80,000 – £100,000 | 7–12 years’ experience

Offshore Wind Engineering Manager / Head of Offshore Wind

Provides strategic leadership across offshore wind engineering functions, driving technical standards, project delivery and long-term growth across renewable energy portfolios.

Typical salary: £100,000 – £140,000+ | 12+ years’ experience
