Typical salary: £35,000 – £55,000 | 0–3 years’ experience

Senior Project Manager

Leads larger and more complex projects, manages multiple stakeholders and ensures successful delivery across scope, quality, cost and schedule requirements.

Typical salary: £55,000 – £75,000 | 4–7 years’ experience

Programme Manager

Oversees multiple related projects, aligning delivery with strategic business objectives and ensuring effective governance, risk management and resource allocation.

Typical salary: £75,000 – £95,000 | 7–12 years’ experience

Head of Projects / Project Director

Provides strategic leadership across project delivery functions, defining governance frameworks, managing senior stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery of large-scale programmes.

Typical salary: £95,000 – £130,000+ | 12+ years’ experience
