Sustainability Manager

Responsible for developing and delivering sustainability strategies, managing ESG initiatives and supporting improvements in environmental and social performance across the organisation.

Typical salary: £45,000 – £65,000 | 0–3 years’ experience

Senior Sustainability Manager

Leads sustainability programmes, manages stakeholder engagement and oversees ESG reporting, carbon reduction and wider sustainability initiatives across the organisation.

Typical salary: £65,000 – £85,000 | 4–7 years’ experience

Head of Sustainability / Sustainability Lead

Oversees sustainability strategy and delivery, ensuring alignment with ESG goals, regulatory requirements and long-term organisational objectives.

Typical salary: £85,000 – £110,000 | 7–12 years’ experience

Director of Sustainability / Chief Sustainability Officer

Provides strategic leadership across all sustainability functions, shaping corporate ESG strategy, driving transformation and leading long-term sustainability vision and delivery.

Typical salary: £110,000 – £150,000+ | 12+ years’ experience
