Associate Consultant - New Energy Strategies
Competitive salary (hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 35 hours per week)

Allen & York are excited to be working with a forward-thinking organisation, specialising in providing data-driven research, consultancy, technology products and training services to companies investing in, and navigating through, the energy transition.
Our client is looking for a commercially minded Associate Consultant to join the New Energy Strategies team, helping companies understand which propositions and business models are most likely to succeed as the energy transition starts to gather pace.
You will be conducting desktop research into current transition topics and regularly engaging with relevant companies and other stakeholders, producing high quality client reports.
Ideally, you'll hold a relevant BSc, MSc or MBA qualification or equivalent experience. You'll need to have a background in the retail energy sector (either in a retail energy company, start-up or policy environment), preferably with a good knowledge of the European energy market. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and ideally have experience in using PowerBI. An excellent communicator, you'll be able to demonstrate your general analysis and research skills and be confident when interacting with clients, prospects, and industry peers, building relationships and contributing to the development of the business.
