Allen & York are excited to be working with a leading waste recycling and industrial cleaning company based in the West Midlands.
Our client is looking for a customer-centric Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving sales, whilst supporting the region with the ongoing management and success of the existing client base.
You will need to demonstrate your relevant experience and skills in negotiation, sales and business development, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets of over £450,000 per annum and associated KPIs. With experience in prospecting for new customers, you'll be proficient in CRM utilisation. An excellent communicator, you'll be a great team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
