Clean-up and Remediation Specialist - World Bank-Financed Project
๐ Location: Siem Reap, Kampong Speu, and Kandal, Cambodia
๐ผ Contract: Project-based
A leading consultancy is seeking a Clean-up and Remediation Specialist for a World Bank-financed project focused on the detailed design and construction supervision of landfill and waste treatment infrastructure in Cambodia.
Key Responsibilities:
โ Conduct dumpsite closure and remediation activities
โ Perform site investigations and collect soil, water, and air samples
โ Analyze and interpret environmental contamination data
โ Design pollution control technologies, systems, and processes
โ Assess environmental impact and calibrate sampling equipment
Requirements:
โ Degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field
โ 15+ years of professional experience in environmental projects
โ 10+ years of experience in clean-up and remediation, including site investigations and pollution control
โ Strong background in designing contamination clean-up solutions
โ Experience with multilateral development bank projects is preferred
