Due to a restructure this new role as Client Account Director will develop a thorough client portfolio offering to deliver excellent client experience as well as managing designated global client accounts to ensure contractual obligations are delivered in accordance with the terms of existing contracts.
The role will take responsibility for overall client satisfaction and the retention of the account at renewal (including management of supply tenders) and build strong client relationships across the EMEA and North America regions through regular communication.
The dynamics of this role include managing a geographically diverse client base across the EMEA and North American regions appreciating the various cultural and language barriers.
This role will suit candidates who have entrepreneurial skills, are engaging and work with stakeholders in a collaborative manner driving sustainable and efficient performance.
Candidates will be degree qualified or have the equivalent industry experience working at management level. A strong background in the energy sector with a proven track record of working and building relationships with clients with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
