This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an engineering background who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and infrastructure transformation.

You'll be joining a high-impact team supporting electricity networks across the UK with cutting-edge innovation projects, regulatory insight, and long-term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on strategic planning, business cases, and innovation project design.

About You:

  • A solid foundation in power systems, electricity networks (DNO/TNO), or energy infrastructure.
  • Proven experience working on strategic and/or innovation-focused projects in the energy sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage clients and present complex technical ideas clearly.
  • A curious, collaborative mindset with the drive to shape change in the energy transition.

Interested?

  • Join a respected and growing team known for its technical depth and strategic impact.
  • Benefit from flexible, hybrid working and a strong culture of collaboration and development.
  • Receive a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Play a key role in projects that influence the direction of the UK energy system.

If you're ready to apply your technical expertise to solve big energy challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
