Head of Engineering (Building Services) - Based South UK
An opportunity has arisen, through unrivalled business growth, within our client's specialist engineering supply and installations function.

With innovative low carbon heating and water saving technologies the business is seeing record growth and expansion and is now seeking an experience Building Services Engineer to lead their team of Mechanical and Electrical designers and installers.

The role offers the incoming person opportunity to shape their own role and input to the wider business outcomes.

With Chartered Engineer status and previous experience as an engineer in building services/ district heating, you will lead and manage projects with confidence and with minimal supervision. Taking initiative to oversee ongoing project work and pipeline from scoping, design specification to construction phase, with a commitment to seeing projects completed on time and to standard.

With a focus on energy efficiency and decarbonisation you will ideally have some experience in this space or have a genuine interest in the move to more sustainable building service solutions.

Candidates are sought with experience of managing M&E engineers as well as their projects. The role is home based (south) with some travel; proximity to London and the South East is preferred.
