Net Zero Consultant - Remote/Hybrid working - (Berks/Bucks HQ)

You will be a Net Zero Consultant who wants to work for an experienced consultancy within energy and utilities management. You will be part of a team focused on helping clients successfully control costs, improve margins, achieve regulatory compliance and protect operational resilience.
Working with organisations who lead the way across a number of key sectors including hospitality, manufacturing, retail and logistics. You will also help support the delivery of public sector services with a particular focus on health, social housing and education.
As the ideal candidate you will work remotely but be based within commutable distance of the Buckinghamshire office you should also be educated to degree level in an engineering, electrical engineering or scientific discipline (STEM) with a good understanding of how to provide high quality services to energy and water clients covering mandatory and discretionary products, on multi-year contracts. Managing a portfolio of client contracts across a range of sectors you will be accountable for ensuring that the contracts are delivered to a professional standard and within budget.
Your role will involve all aspects of carbon and energy related consultancy, while utilising products and services delivered by the Solutions team. Main responsibilities include eligibility assessment and application, provisioning of product deliverables, it is expected this will may include reports, liaison with scheme administrators on behalf of the client, project management of implementation of measures, and generation of appropriate evidence packs.
As the Successful Net Zero Consultant you will handle ESOS, SECR, GHG reporting, EUETS, CCAs, energy audits, energy performance contracts and Sustainability/Decarbonisation strategy. Identifying energy reduction opportunities on-site and ensuring clients are kept up to date and compliant with all aspects of relevant energy/climate change legislation will be second nature to you.
This is a homebased/remote role, covering Southern regions of the United Kingdom as such it is an essential criteria for this role that you hold a full driving license and access to a vehicle.
In return you will receive a salary ranging from £39,000 - £49,000 based on your experience and skill set Along with a car allowance and mileage
