Principal Consultant/Project Manager Due Diligence - Energy/Oil and Gas
Competitive (hybrid working)
London, Manchester (plus other UK and Ireland locations)

Allen & York are excited to be working with a leading global organisation, providing risk and assurance services to a variety of clients.

Our client is looking for a creative Principal Consultant to join the Transactions & Business Advisory team, supporting clients through their energy transition journey, with a particular focus on due diligence for M&A project financing.

You'll have a strong academic background in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline, with significant due diligence experience or M&A experience gained within the industry value chain. With experience in managing projects and a solid understanding of financial models in the context of due diligence, you'll have the desirable skills to manage projects and people. An excellent all-round communicator, you'll have the ability to define and explain complex technical issues and solutions to non-technical clients and stakeholders. You'll be analytical and solution orientated, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and provide recommendations.

A willingness to travel to the key hubs in London and Manchester will be required to aid collaboration with colleagues and clients.
