Solution Executive (Sales)

Allen & York are excited to be partnering with a leading ESG software provider as they search for an accomplished Solution Executive (Sales) to join their growing, multinational team.
  • Salary: £81,000
  • Locations: UK or Europe-based, including Germany, Poland, Denmark, Austria & The Netherlands
Position Details
The Solution Executive will be responsible for maximising profitable sales revenue by seeing through the end-to-end sales process with new and existing clients. This will primarily be a sales position selling software solutions, including the following duties:
  • Identifying and hunting new business opportunities (eg conferences, trade shows)
  • Providing solution software presentations to key clients, including demonstrations
  • Learning customer decision process, negotiating and closing deals in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and achieving against sales goals
  • Strong familiarity with software's unique value proposition and company values
You will need:
  • 5+ years of proven success selling Enterprise Software and Technology Solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing deals at a high level, such as owning a specific product line or geographic territory
  • Strong hunter skills, highest attention to customer satisfaction, understands product sales cycle, strategies and competitive nature
  • Excellent relationship management, interpersonal skills, confidence, and are well-known and respected within your field
