Job description
Asbestos Consultant
Location: Coventry / Midlands (Home, Site & Office-based)
Salary: Up to £38,000 (depending on experience)
Our client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Asbestos Consultant to join their growing Midlands team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor or analyst who is looking to develop their career within a supportive, forward-thinking organisation.
In this varied role, you will work across client sites throughout the UK, delivering high-quality asbestos surveying and analytical services. You will collaborate closely with project managers, clients and contractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest professional standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting site inspections, collecting and recording accurate data, producing detailed reports and advising clients on asbestos risks and management requirements.
If you are confident working independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive "can-do" attitude and strong communication skills. You will hold relevant qualifications such as BOHS P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents) and a full UK driving licence. Experience with Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of health and safety legislation are also important.
You will benefit from regular training, professional development opportunities and the chance to work alongside experienced industry professionals. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000, a company vehicle and fuel card, and a flexible benefits package, including options such as additional holidays and private healthcare.
If you are looking to build your career with a respected environmental consultancy and make a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
