We're partnering with a well-established global environmental and social consultancy supporting major projects within the resources sector. They're now looking to appoint a Lead Project Coordinator to sit at the heart of their operations and drive consistency, quality and excellence across project delivery.
The Opportunity:
This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing all project coordination and administration activities across the organisation. You'll lead a team of Project Coordinators/Assistants, support Project Managers and technical teams, and continuously improve systems, standards and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of project support professionals
- Oversee end-to-end project administration, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Act as a central point of coordination for Project Managers and stakeholders
- Manage document control, reporting, timesheets, invoicing support and audits
- Support tender submissions and high-quality client deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement in project management systems and methodology
- Deliver training and onboarding on project processes and tools
About You
- 5+ years' experience in project coordination within consulting or professional services
- Proven experience leading or supervising project support teams
- Advanced MS Word and Excel skills (essential)
- Highly organised, detail-driven and confident communicator
- Strong understanding of structured project management practices (PMBOK-aligned preferred)
- Comfortable working across multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
