On behalf of our client we are seeking to appoint a Bid Coordinator on a permanent basis.
You will have an in-depth understanding of the bid process surrounding construction projects being able to set up processes and put together comprehensive bid proposals of circa £250k.
The role will involve close interaction with the sales and management teams as well as regular contact with clients.
Preparation of Bids to a wide variety of Commercial property professionals
Setting up Bid processes and best practice procedures
Working closely with the sales team to achieve the best possible outcome for the business and clients
Attending client meetings with the sales team to understand requirements
Maintain accurate records and audit trails.
Have a good understanding of the property building processes.
High proficiency and understanding of Construction sector bid processes
Self starter in terms of collating and drawing up a complete bid
Ambitious and willing to develop themselves.
