Chief Financial Officer
International Environmental & Social Consultancy | Mining & Resources Sector
I'm currently supporting an established international environmental and social consultancy that works closely with the mining and resources sector across Africa and global markets.
They are looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to join their Executive Leadership Team, helping guide the organisation through its next phase of international growth.
This is a strategic, board-facing role with responsibility for the financial leadership of a multi-country consulting business, supporting expansion into new markets while strengthening governance and financial performance across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading financial strategy and performance across international operations
- Partnering with the CEO and Board on growth, investment and capital allocation
- Oversight of multi-entity international finance structures
- Strengthening governance, risk management and financial controls
- Supporting expansion into new markets across Africa and beyond
- Leading and developing a global finance team
We're particularly keen to speak with finance leaders who:
- Are CA(SA), ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
- Have 15+ years financial leadership experience
- Have operated at Executive / Board level
- Have experience within consulting, engineering, mining or professional services environments
- Are comfortable working across multi-jurisdictional organisations
