Job description
This is a 2-year fixed-term role with a possible contract extension at the end of the 2-year period.
Location: Candidates will be working remotely in South Dublin.
The Individual: To be shortlisted, you must demonstrate on your CV that you are a member of the Institute of Clerk of Works or UK equivalent. or possess a full course certificate in the building. you must have experience surveying private residential properties. To be shortlisted, you must detail that you have a working knowledge of the current Building and Housing (standards for rental houses) Regulations 2019 and other relevant housing regulations.
Must Haves
