This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the world's leading facilities and security organisations to lead the H&S function across the business internationally. This role as Director of Health & Safety will be to lead the function globally both strategically and practically, to deliver a robust Health & Safety programme to a diverse and disparate business, globally. You will be responsible for management of key stakeholder responsibilities, building collaborative and sustainable relationships ensuring business continuity.

This is a challenging role where proactive relationship management is key to success and candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of working in a competitive, fast paced business working in a co-operative manner with internal and external stakeholders.

Key to success in this role will be experience working globally across emerging markets and developing environments and candidates should be able to demonstrate success in working with multi-cultural surroundings.

Candidates will have experience of working at senior level globally, be internationally mobile and have experience working in high hazard environments in challenging conditions potentially.

It is expected that candidates will be Chartered Members of IOSH and will have worked at a senior level, strategically guiding large global organisations through cultural change in a matrix structure.
